At TCA (Tunisian Company of Automation), we fully respect your choice if you decide to delete your account, and we sincerely thank you for using our service and our app.
If you wish to proceed with deleting your account, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Make sure you have access to the email address used during sign up.
  2. Send an email to : support@tcatn.com : Please specify in the subject : Request : Account Deletion
  3. In case you don’t have access to the email used during sign up, please use another email to reach us, and we will go through a verification process to make sure that the account belongs to you.
